AudiFab Refund Policy

AudiFab values every customer and is dedicated to providing customers with an enjoyable experience using AudiFab products and services. Take the risk out of your online shopping with our REFUND POLICY which is valid from the date of purchasing.

AudiFab provides free trial versions for your try. It is suggested to download the trial version to test whether it is compatible with your computer system and meets your needs of download, before purchasing.

Once the order is done, the sale cannot be canceled. Of course, there are also some exceptions for special cases. In order to make it clear to you, we've listed the details below:

Unaccepted Cases

We do not accept refund requests or product exchanges in these circumstances:

  • You change your mind about an item/subscription.
  • You request a refund because of the price difference between different regions or different vendors.
  • You purchase the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchase the "right" product from other companies.
  • You purchase an incorrect product, but haven't asked for an exchange before the money-back guarantee date.
  • You request a refund, because you don't use Spotify Music, Apple Music or Amazon Music service anymore.
  • You request a refund, but the order (including the renewal order) has already exceeded the money-back guarantee date.
  • You request a refund for technical issues, but never ask for any assistance from our support team; or refuse to provide detailed descriptions & information for troubleshooting.
  • You fail to receive the registration code for the product but didn't ask for assistance from our support team.

Once the order is canceled, the license will be disable, please fully uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Accepted Cases

We accept refund requests or product exchanges in these circumstances:

  • You pay twice for the product accidentally. We can refund the duplicated purchase to you.
  • You purchase an incorrect product and then purchased a correct product. We can refund the wrong purchase to you.
  • You haven't received the registration code and got no response from our support team after inquiring about us.
  • You've canceled the auto-renewal on a subscription, but you are charged for the renewal payment (screenshot proof for the cancellation required).
  • AudiFab has fatal technical problems that our technical support team can't provide a fix within 30 days.

Important Notices

  • We offer the refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for AudiFab lifetime license, and 5 days for AudiFab subscription-based plan (1-Month & 12-Month).
  • The Automatic Renewal is enabled by default. But no worries, the service is optional and can be disabled at any time. For canceling subscription-based products, please check this guide.
  • The Mac version and the Windows version are different. No exchange will be provided after the money-back guarantee date.
  • Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days according to different payment methods. If you don't receive it in time, please contact Paddle Support to check the status.
